1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) and Che Brothers LLC dba Yolo Fill Co (“Yolo Fill Co,” “Fill Co,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a California corporation. By accessing our website or purchasing products, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
2. Use of Website
You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes. You shall not misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security features, transmit malicious code, or engage in fraudulent activity.
3. Product Information & Availability
We strive for accuracy in product descriptions, pricing, and availability. However, we do not guarantee that descriptions or pricing are error-free. We reserve the right to correct errors, cancel orders, or limit quantities at our sole discretion.
4. Food & Allergen Disclaimer
Our products are food items and may contain or come into contact with allergens including nuts, dairy, soy, wheat, eggs, and other common allergens. You assume full responsibility for reviewing ingredient information and for any allergic reactions or sensitivities.
5. Orders & Payment Authorization
By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud. Payment processing is handled by secure third-party providers.
6. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss
Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays, damaged packages caused by carriers, or incorrect shipping information provided by customers.
7. Perishable Goods & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of perishable food products, all sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or defective. Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Refunds or replacements are issued at our sole discretion.
8. Product Size
Due to variances in agricultural production this web site uses terms to define the size of a product as accurately as possible. When referring to fractions of an animal or fractions of a crop an approximation of the weight or volume of the product is given. We have made that approximation with the best information available to us but we do not guarantee that you will receive that amount. We will ensure that you will receive the full fraction of that animal or crop but we reserve the right to ship less than or more than the approximated weight that was stated.
9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
You agree to contact us prior to initiating a chargeback. Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension, collection efforts, and recovery of administrative or legal costs.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, branding, product names, and website materials are the exclusive property of Yolo Fill Co. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yolo Fill Co shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in dispute.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
All products and services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
13. Indemnification

15. Arbitration & Class Action Waiver
Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved by binding arbitration in the State of California under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). You waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in class actions.
16. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict of law principles.
17. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the website for violation of this Agreement.
18. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
19. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and YoloFillCo regarding your use of the website and purchase of products.
