Accessibility Statement

We believe everyone should be able to learn about and buy good food. We are continually working to improve the accessibility and usability of the Fillco marketplace, and we treat accessibility as an ongoing part of how we build and maintain our site.

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive differences.

To support accessibility, we work to:

• Use semantic HTML and clear page structure with meaningful headings.
• Provide text alternatives for meaningful images.
• Maintain sufficient color contrast for text and interactive elements.
• Ensure interactive elements can be reached and operated with a keyboard.
• Provide visible focus indicators and descriptive links and labels.
• Design layouts that adapt to different screen sizes and zoom levels.
• Consider accessibility as part of our design and development process.

Despite our efforts, some parts of the marketplace may not yet be fully accessible. We also rely on a few third-party services — such as our payment and shipping providers — whose interfaces we do not fully control. Where we find barriers, we work to address them and to offer an alternative way to get help in the meantime.
