Good to know

Delivery & pickup: Frozen boxes ship with 2-day service every Wednesday, or collect at Fillco HQ in Capay Tuesday–Friday. Shipping is billed per box as each box ships; your estimate shows at checkout.
Freezer space: A quarter share is about 120 lb — plan on roughly 4 cubic feet of freezer space across the year, arriving one box at a time or all at once. A half share is double.
Storage & shelf life: Every cut is vacuum-sealed and flash-frozen; best within 12 months. Ground beef comes in 1 lb packs.

Questions people ask

Can I change a shipment date after I order?: Yes — any box, any time before it ships. Move it from your account to whatever date suits you.
What if I’m not home?: Keep an eye on the estimated delivery time in your tracking email and plan to be home for it. Boxes typically stay cold for 48 hours from shipment.
When is the balance charged on split pay?: Half today, half automatically before your first shipment or pickup — 10 days before for a quarter share, 8 weeks before for a half. We email you ahead of the charge.
What’s the difference between the two cut options?: Ground and roasts are nearly identical; Tri-Tip trades the flap and skirt steaks for a tri-tip roast. The full cut sheet is under the cut step.
