The story
Quail Cache Ranch farms 27 acres of olives in Yolo County. With a tree share you own a portion of the season’s harvest and receive your oil cold-pressed and bottled in 500ml glass — extra virgin, single-estate, and unmistakably fresh.
Any oil beyond your household needs can be sold through the wholesale market on your behalf.

- Delivery & pickup
- Oil ships in cases of 12 bottles (not frozen, so it travels easily), or collect at Fillco HQ in Capay Tuesday–Friday. Shipping is billed per case as it ships; your estimate shows at checkout.
- How much is a share
- A half share is 12 × 500ml bottles — about a bottle a month for a household that cooks. A full share is 24 bottles in two cases, shipped together.
- Storage & shelf life
- Keep bottles cool and out of the light; best within 18 months of pressing.

- Can I change my delivery date after I order?
- Yes — any time before it ships, from your account.
- What if I’m not home?
- Olive oil isn’t perishable in transit, so a case can wait on the porch. Keep an eye on the tracking email all the same.
- What does “tree share” mean?
- Your share is tied to a set number of trees (10 or 20). You receive that share of the pressed harvest; any surplus beyond your bottles can be sold wholesale for you.
Ownership shares are processed, cold-stored and shipped by Fillco. Delivery is scheduled once your animal or harvest is ready.
